With birth, there’s a lot of “you don’t know what you don’t know.” We know that your likelihood of viewing your birth as a positive experience goes up when you’re a key decision-maker in the process. Let Gather Birth Cooperative help you draw up a list of preferences for your birth that you feel confident about and ensure smoother decision making during labor. We also talk about what roles the other folks on your birth team will take and how they can best support you with care and comfort every step of the way.
