    • Find out how to identify coercive language and dig into your options.

    • Taught by a Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator and doula with hundreds of birth experiences.

    • Walk through the many interventions and choices available during birth.

    • Identify your preferences and build a birth plan with the help of an expert.

    • Learn how to pivot from your birth plan with ease and confidence.

    • Includes a formal birth plan emailed to you after class.

    • Led by experienced birth doula.

  • Preparing to Breastfeed - $200

    • 2-hour in-person, private class in your home.

    • Understand what to expect with breast and chest feeding in the first year.

    • Tailored to your goals, with topics ranging from exclusive breastfeeding, combo breast and bottle feeding, or exclusive pumping.

    • Learn to identify when you may need support from a lactation professional or other related expert.

    • Curriculum developed by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

    Class price includes feeding parent + one additional caregiver.

    • Walk through newborn care basics to build your confidence.

    • Understand what to expect from your baby’s development in the first year.

    • Identify how to prepare yourself for the challenging and rewarding journey of parenting.

    • Curriculum developed by a team that includes a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Licensed NICU nurse, Masters in Family Education, Certified Infant Sleep Educator, and Certified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator.

    Class price includes 2 caregivers.
