Welcome to the world, little one!
This birth was so speedy, that neither the doula, midwife, nor Gather Birth photographer made it to this family’s home until after baby was born. Their incredible midwife Grace from Trillium Midwifery Care was on the phone, coaching them through the process, coordinating care virtually until she arrived to support this family in person. Birth is predictably unpredictable. A skilled birth team adapts care as needed to ensure everyone is safe and supported. We’re so thrilled for this family and adored documenting their immediate postpartum time together.
